In this case, petitioner is seeking bail in Chautarwa P.S.Case No. 105 of 2015 registered u/s 147, 148, 149, 302 and 504 IPC. In this case, there is allegation that Santosh Yadav picked up a quarrel upon which some villagers surrounded him and started assaulting him. There is direct allegation against the petitioner to have caused injury on the head of the victim by handle of tube-well and on that account the victim died.
