The prosecution case is on secret information that in Vijay Laxmi Utsava Palace and Residential Hotel flesh trading is going a raid was laid where a boy and a girl were found in objectionable condition. The petitioner was the manager of the Vijay Laxmi Utsava Palace and Residential Hotel.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled. There is nothing to suggest that the flesh trade was going on at the

behest of the petitioner. Moreover, A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of ` 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JM, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Brahmpura P.S. Case No.151 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
