3 26-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as
learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
Taking into consideration that named co-accused
Santosh Jha has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-
ordinate Bench of this Court, let the petitioner, above named, be
released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S.Case
No. 40 of 2014.
