side.

The petitioners apprehend arrest in a case under sections 498A and other sections of the IPC as well as under the SC and ST Act.

The petitioners submit that allegations are general against them and no case under the SC and ST Act is made out against them.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, if the petitioners, who are seven in number as mentioned above, surrender and seek regular bail, they would be released on bail

on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Gaighat Police station Case No. 215 of 2014.

Petitioner no.1 will not be absent physically for two consecutive dates at a stretch till framing of charge.
