It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that the victim supported the prosecution case in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C but fairly admitted that co- accused Pawan Kumar Sah wanted to marry her. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner happens to be father of co-accused Pawan Kumar Sah and as a matter of fact, the victim eloped with the aforesaid Pawan Kumar Sah on her own sweet will but later on she was recovered and took U- turn under the pressure of her family
