recovered from a motorcycle. Subsequently it was found that the motorcycle was found registered in the name of the petitioner.
The petitioner claimed to have sold the motorcycle to one
Ramlakhan Sah in 2009.

Considering the nature of accusation and the quantity of recovery, it is a case for consideration of prayer

It is expected from the learned court below to dispose of the bail application of the petitioner preferably on the same day.
