Petitioner is in jail custody since 7.7.2015 on the accusation that he gave a khanti blow to injured Meera Devi causing head injury. Injury report, annexure 2 to this petition, reveals that the aforesaid Meera Devi sustained hair line fracture on her head.
Moreover, it appears that alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute.
Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in Kadwa P.S. Case no. 37/2015.
