	The petitioner seeks bail in Bakhtiyarpur (Kanaria O.P.) P.S. Case
	No. 248/2012, registered for the offences punishable under Section 380 and
	other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
	The informant named 10 persons including the petitioner and alleged
	that they all made indiscriminate firing and also committed theft of
	miscellaneous articles. They looted away five sacks rice and other food grains. Nobody was injured. The petitioner is in jail since 07.04.2015.
	Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Bakhtiyarpur
	(Kanaria O.P.) P.S. Case No. 248/2012.
