3 15-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the State and the informant.
The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the allegation, three persons including the petitioner had repeatedly assaulted to the deceased Puja Kumari and when the petitioner and his wife were trying to escape from the place of occurrence, they were apprehended by the villagers.
It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that there is land dispute between the informant’s husband and the petitioner as the petitioner and co-accused Ashok Singh as well as the husband
