The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of cognizance dated 28.5.2015 by which Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, has not taken cognizance under the Provisions of SC/ST Act in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 7 of 2014. Considering that cognizance is not taken of particular Section but the case as a whole, the application stands disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to raise all the points at the relevant stage.
