In course of investigation, petitioner was arrested and made his confessional statement and except the confessional statement of petitioner as well as confessional statement of coaccused Utam Singh and criminal antecedent of the petitioner,

there appears to be nothing against him. The investigation against the petitioner in the present case has already been completed. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Korha P.S.Case No. 81 of 2014.
