the cause title of Cr. Misc. No. 47531 of 2015 name of father’s name of petitioner Rajendra Pandey has wrongly been typed as ‘Late Banhaku Pandey’ in place of ‘Late Nanhaku Pandey’ and village name has been typed as ‘Kharari’ in place ‘Barki Kharari’.

Order no. 3 dated 30.10.2015 stands corrected to the extent that in the cause title of Cr. Misc. No. 47531 of 2015 father’s name of petitioner Rajendra Pandey be read as ‘Late Nanhaku Pandey’ in place of ‘Late Banhaku Pandey’ and the village name be read as ‘Barki Kharari’ in place of ‘Kharari’. Other terms and condition will remain the same.
