The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier case diary was called for in this case which has been received.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no overt act is alleged against the petitioner and there is no other material to implicate the petitioner in this case.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-
