Allegation against the petitioner is that while he was carrying heavy goods on his head and going towards south to east he was caught and handed over to the police.
On behalf of the petitioner it is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 03.02.2015 and charge sheet has been submitted in the case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Other co-accused has been granted bail vide Cri. Misc. No.23364 of 2015.
