2 05-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case, in brief, is that the accused persona named in the F.I.R. including the petitioners came at his darwaza and started to abuse .The mother of the informant objected abusive word of accused upon which accused persons with lathi danda, Khanti assaulted on head of his mother as a result of which she fell down. On hulla he came and saved her.

On behalf of the petitioners it is submitted that petitioners are in custody since 22.04.2015 and from perusal of the

injury report it appears that the injury is simple in nature. It is further submitted that the matter has been compromised.
