3 27-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned
A.P.P. representing the State.
Petitioners seek bail in connection with Marauna P.S.
Case No. 126 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under
Sections 304-B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The daughter of the informant was married eight
months ago with petitioner no. 1 and allegedly due to non-
fulfillment of demand of milching cow and motorcycle by way of
dowry, the petitioners and others killed her with aid and assistance
of two villagers.
Submission is of false implication and that the wife of
the petitioner no. 1 committed suicide as she was short tampered
lady. During investigation independent witnesses vide Para 22, 23
and 25 have stated that due to some quarrel between petitioner no.
2 and the wife of petitioner no. 1, deceased committed suicide by
