JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 23-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 341, 323, 379, 427, 504, 506/34 of IPC and under Section 3(1) (x) of the SC/ ST Act. The accusation is of brutally assaulting and snatching Rs. 5000/from the possession of informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that no occurrence, as alleged, had taken place and there was only hot discussion between the parties for transferring Batai land. There is no injury report on record. The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Wazirganj (Tankuppa) PS case No. 248/14 pending in the court of learned CJM, Gaya.
