No. 50747 of 2013 on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 13.08.2013 and from perusal of paragraph-3 of the case diary it reveals that the injured Md. Raquib was not in a position to give his statement and further the doctor has found his thumb brunt. In the facts and circumstances as stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail of the petitioner, again his prayer for bail is hereby rejected in connection with Sessions Trial No. 65 of 2014 arising out of Garaul (Kathara O.P) P.S. Case No. 264 of 2013 pending in the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Hajipur, Vaishali.
