To avoid multiplicity of proceedings, the Magistrate concerned is directed to look into the matters and if he finds that all the cases i.e. C.B. case No.18 of 2010, 19 of 2010, 20 of 2010 and 21 of 2010 arise out of the same cause of action, he shall amalgamate them along with First Information Report of Didarganj P.S. case No.38 of 2010 within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
