The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323, 376, 506 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of POCSO Act,2012.
The allegation against petitioner no.1 is that he committed rape upon the informant and petitioner no.2 made a V.D.O. from mobile. They also assaulted the informant with slaps.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners and counsel for the informant that the petitioner no.1-Asimtullah @ Asamtullah and the informant are residing together and they do not want to pursue the present case. The said fact is supported by

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K.Pandey,A.d.J-I –cum- Special Judge (POCSO Act) in connection with Mahila P.S.Case No. 86 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
