It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case due to mistake of fact. The allegation made against the petitioner has been denied.

direct allegation of misappropriation of Rs. 87 lacs against the petitioner and others. The bail applications of other co-accused have been rejected vide Cr.Misc. No.13675 of 2015 and Cr. Misc. No. 15634 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the same is rejected.

Any how, if the petitioner surrenders in the court below within a period of six weeks and prays for regular bail, same shall be considered by the court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order of rejection.
