It is alleged that a beetle shop was settled by the railway in the premises of Sikta Railway station in favour of husband of the informant but subsequently co-accused Ramtullah Ansari got it settled in his favour by fraudulent means. It is alleged against the petitioner that he helped Ramtullah Ansari in getting the shop in question settled fraudulently in his favour. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the fact that the thrust of accusation is against Ramtullah Ansari who has been granted anticipatory bail
