The present case has been registered on the basis of the statement made by the deceased. In her statement the deceased has stated that it was her husband who set fire upon her body. Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions of the parties, let petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D.
