2 08-05-2015 The petitioner, who is father-in-law of the victim girl, has
renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in a case under section
498A, 306/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Earlier, the petitioner along with his wife has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. While granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner’s wife Meena Devi, this Court disposed of the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner with an observation to surrender and pray for regular bail which would be disposed of without prejudice.

The petitioner submits that the matter between the parties has been compromised and both of them have filed compromise petition which fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the informant.
