The petitioner is languishing in custody since 05.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370 and 371 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that one person came to the house of the informant on 05.08.2014 and claimed himself to be of informant’s community and thereafter he allegedly took away the minor son of the informant. Subsequently, the informant and others caught the said person from the adjacent village.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner went to buy some sweets to the child and hence, on suspicion he has been apprehended. The charge has

been submitted under Section 363 of the IPC and the charges have already been framed. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 3^rd Nawada in connection with Sessions Trial No. 79 of 2015/20 of 2015 arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 101 of 2014.
