06.06.2014 after inquiry the proceeding has been initiated against three accused under Sections 498(A) of the I.P.C. and 4 of the D. P. Act.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to keep the complainant but she is not ready to stay with the petitioner. Further it has been submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit Rs. 1500/- per month in the court below which may be released in favour of the complainant.
On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is the husband of the complainant and he is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to deposit amount of Rs. 1500/- per month in the court below which shall be released in favour of the complainant, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Banka, in connection with Complaint Case No. 478 of 2014.
