2	25-03-2	015 By order dated 19.11.2014 petitioner has been granted regular bail subject to condition that one of the bailors shall be father and other bailors shall be wife of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that wife of the petitioner has no any property or land by her name and she is unable to file affidavit hence petitioner could not be released. Having regard to the fact, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail subject to condition that one of the bailors shall be father of the petitioner and other bailors shall be one of the responsible person who will file an affidavit. Let one of the bailors shall be responsible person be substituted in place of wife of the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
