It is alleged that all the accused persons came variously armed on the door of the informant and made assault to the informant’s side.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general when the injuries of informant’s side except the injury of Md. Zikrullah, have been found to be simple and the FIR reflects that Md. Zikrullah was assaulted by co-accused Rahman who is not petitioner before this Court. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
The aforesaid contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is not being controverted by learned counsels for the informant and the State.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sikta P.S. Case No. 83 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
