The informant alleged that Rajesh Kumar had illicit relation with Rupa Devi, and Ramjit Yadav, the brother of the informant, assaulted Rajesh Kumar. The informant suspected that the petitioner and Rajesh Kumar might have killed his brother.
It appears that except suspicion, the police did not collect any tangible evidence.
