All the above stated petitions are taken en-bloc as the said petitions have arisen out of Atri P.S. Case No. 152 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code and accordingly, all the above stated petitions are being disposed of by this common order.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
Allegedly, petitioners in Cr. Misc. No. 47853 of 2014 and Cr. Misc. No. 11651 of 2015 were caught by the villagers and police after the alleged occurrence and Rs. 4,21,600/- along with registers and vouchers were recovered from their possession. So far as petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 19210 of 2015 is concerned, neither he was caught on the spot nor any recovery was made from his conscious possession.
The contention on behalf of the petitioners is that the informant distributed some amount amongst the beneficiaries and while he along with his son intended to leave the place along with remaining amount, the villagers encircled them and snatched the remaining amount along with registers to mark a protest against the irregularities committed by the informant but informant gave a

false information to the police who came on the place of occurrence and arrested the above stated petitioners except petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 19210 of 2015 and seized cash and registers and that is the reason there is a difference in amount given by the informant in his written report as well as in seized amount.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Singh, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 152 of 2014.
