Learned counsel for the parties state that the present Letters Patent Appeal directed against the order dated 19.09.2008 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWJC No. 3062 of 2008 be also disposed off exactly in the same terms in which L.P.A. No. 353 of 2008 and other analogous cases have been disposed off under order dated 18.03.2015, operative portion whereof is at pages 9 and 10, paragraph (A), (B) and (C).
Accordingly, with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the appeal is disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
