JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 5 13-08-2014 The appeal was disposed of on 15.07.2014. This Court in 2nd paragraph at page 1 of the order noticed that appeal arose out of judgment and decree passed by the Addl. District Judge- V, Siwan in Title Appeal No. 16 of 2010.
Office has pointed out that inadvertently the stamp reporter did not notice the mistake committed by the appellants in stating that Additional District Judge, V, Siwan had passed the judgment under appeal. Office has pointed referring to the decree under appeal that, in fact, the Ad hoc Additional District Judge, Vth Siwan had passed the judgment and decree under appeal. Accordingly, the designation of the appellate Court as set out in para 2 at page 1 of the order dated 15.7.2014 is modified to the extent that in place of Addl. District Judge- V, Siwan, it shall be read as Ad hoc Additional District Judge, Vth, Siwan.
The order dated 15.7.2014 is modified to that extent
only.
