2	25-03-2014 By making this Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case, the
	petitioners, who were appellants in M.A.No.103 of 2012, have
	sought for restoration of the Miscellaneous Appeal, which was dismissed on 26.2.2013, because of part compliance of the order dated 5.2.2013, in taking necessary steps as regards issuance of processes to the respondents.
	Having considered the reasons, which have been
	assigned by the petitioners, and considering the fact that the
	appeal was dismissed before processes were issued to the
	respondents, we set aside the order, dated 26.2.2013
	aforementioned, and M.A.No.103 of 2012 is hereby restored to its original file.
