Having considered application and submissions made in support thereof, the same is allowed. The order dated 20.08.2013 is recalled and CWJC No. 648 of 2013 is restored to its original file and number subject to payment of cost of Rs. 250/- with the Patna High Court, Legal Services Committee and filing receipt thereof within a week.
