Considering the fact that in the reply to the notice, the respondents have submitted to the effect, inter alia, that they have complied with the directions issued by the judgment and order, dated 12.04.2010, passed, in CWJC No. 10127 of 2008, this application is not pressed. It has, however, been submitted, on behalf of the petitioner, that the petitioner may be given liberty to take recourse to appropriate provisions of law if he has any further grievance.
Considering the matter in its entirety and in the interest of justice, this application, for the reasons indicated above, is hereby closed with liberty given to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate provisions of law, if so advised, in future.
