SINHA ORAL ORDER 5 16-04-2014 In the light of cause shown by the Accountant General, Bihar, this contempt application is disposed of as the orders for payment of pension and gratuity dated 22nd January, 2014 and 6th February, 2014 have been issued in the name of the decesed petitioner.
It is, however, submitted by the counsel for the Accountant General that in the light of the aforesaid two orders dated 20.1.2014 and 6.2.2014, the wife of the petitioner, Shanti Devi, shall also be entitled to receive the payment of family pension.
