In my view, the pleadings made in the writ application are deficient and disable this Court to pass any positive/appropriate order. The petitioner claims settlement of a piece of land measuring 1.15 acres appertaining to khata no.194, plot no.2660 situated at Mouza Kharaich in the district of Jamui. It has been submitted that the same was settled with the petitioner being a privileged tenant by the Circle Officer sometime in the year 198485 inasmuch as the rent receipts were also granted/issued. The relevant document of settlement and other details have not been enclosed along with the writ application.
