Counsel for the petitioners submits that this decision has been passed on the basis of paragraph 45 of the decision rendered in the case of “Uma Devi” and the case of these petitioners comes under paragraph 53 of the “Uma Devi”.

Let the above fact be reconsidered by the authorities in light of what has been urged and pass a fresh order within a period of three months from the date of production / communication of a copy of this Order.
