Having regard to the nature of controversy involved in this writ application while this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned decision but then the learned counsel for the petitioner himself seeks permission to withdraw this application for getting the matter agitated before the Collector of the District.
Thus, if the petitioner moves the Collector for disposal of Annexure 4, which is the representation, the same may be examined and decided in accordance with law.
This application is, accordingly, permitted to be withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
