JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 2 04-12-2014 Heard Ms. Mahasweta Chatterjee, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr. Anil Kumar Upadhyay, learned Standing Counsel No.20 for the State. The petitioners are aggrieved by the construction of a primary school over the land which, according to the petitioners, is a temple property. The issue whether or not the school in question is situated over the Government land or over the land of the temple is purely a civil dispute best left for adjudication by a court of competent civil jurisdiction. The petitioners, if so advised, may take recourse to the same. The writ petition and the interlocutory application are accordingly disposed of.
