Having regard to the fact that the petitioner and the respondents are bound by the terms of an agreement, as contained in Annexure 5, wherein the petitioner is entitled to receive certain amount for supply of labour, this Court for the time being without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner would direct the Electrical Executive Engineer, Electric Supply Division, Nawadah to examine the claim of the petitioner and make payment of the admitted amount within a period of three months from the date of

It goes without saying that if any of the claim of the petitioner is not admitted, reasons shall be communicated to the
