2 22-07-2014 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application of the petitioner for mutual transfer was allowed and his joining against maric trained scale was accepted in the State of Bihar on 31.11.2013. However, the grievance is that his salary is not being paid. Learned counsel submits that in this connection, petitioner has filed a representation before the Director, Primary Education, Bihar, a copy of which is annexure-6 with the writ application, which is still pending.
