The writ application is thoroughly misconceived. The prayers made in the writ petition are quite vague. Even otherwise, there exists an alternative remedy, equally efficient and adequate. Hence, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
