4 01-08-2014 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

The Petitioners seek quashing of the order of cognizance dated 21.11.2012 passed by the 9^th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in Criminal Revision no. 58 of 2012 (Trial No. 18 of 2012) by which he has affirmed the order dated 11.10.2011 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Case No. C-239 of 2011.

Considering that this is a second Revision in the garb of an application under Section 482 Cr. P.C. and no patent illegality could be pointed out, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

The application stands dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to proceed in the matter and conclude the Trial positively within a period of six months without

giving unnecessary adjournment to any party for which he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witnesses for their examination along with a copy of this order to the Superintendent of Police concerned, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the Trial.
