03. 16.10.2014 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of non-discharge dated 17.12.2013 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Jamui in S.Tr. 530 of 2012 arising out of Sikandra P.S. Case No. 96 of 2012.
Considering that even though charges are framed under Section 3(i)(x) SC/ST Act no prejudice would be caused to the Petitioner, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
The application is dismissed.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party.
For this reason, the Trial Court is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this
