The Petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR of Sadar P.S. Case No. 537 of 2013 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.
Considering that the investigation should be rarely interfered with, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
However, in the facts of the case, the Investigating Officer is directed to conclude the investigation of Sadar P.S. Case No. 527 of 2013 and Sadar P.S. Case No. 537 of 2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
Let this order be communicated to the S.P. Muzaffarpur through FAX at the cost of the Petitioner for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6259 of 2014 (4) dt.14-11-2014

its onward transmission to the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station as also to ask for an explanation from the Investigating Officer as to why he has not concluded the investigation as yet despite the direction of this Court by order dated 07.03.2014.
With the aforesaid observations, the application is disposed off.
