All the five petitioners, apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, are respectively being purchaser, witnesses and identifiers in a sale-deed said to have been executed by impersonation.

none of these five petitioners carry any criminal antecedent .

If it is so , considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioners abovenamed be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Barari P.S. Case No. 32 of 2013, subject to condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with additional condition to remain physically present before the court below on
