Further submission is that the police after investigation found the case true under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code and cognizance has been taken thereunder. It is also submitted that petitioner no.1 is sarhu and petitioner no.2 is wife of petitioner no.1.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge V, Patna City, Patna in Sessions Trail 1356 of 2013 arising out of Sultanganj P.S.Case No. 191 of 2012.
