The petitioner, apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 135 of the Electricity Act, is one of the named accused in this case wit allegation of power theft causing loss of Rs. 24,954/-. Submission is of false implication under some confusion, in fact, in the house there is power connection, but in the name of eldest brother of the petitioner Soni Bhagat, and subsequent to said raid arrear amount worth Rs. 2,040/- has already been deposited on 21^st September 2013 vide its receipt no. 938759.

If, it is so, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
