Attention of this Court has been drawn to Annexure-2, the order passed by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 20116 of 2014 as per which Riyazul Haque and Ishmohammad are the persons who were assailants of the deceased. Other similarly situated accused, like, Bihari Ansari was granted bail by that particular order (Annexure-2).
